Attachment regulations

Legislation allows different attachment variations. However, distances and

radiation angles are specified.

! * When used as a position light, the minimum attachment height must be

350 mm and the maximum distance from the outside edge must be

400 mm.

! ** In the case of vehicles with a width < 1,300 mm, the distance has to be

at least 400 mm.

! When daytime running lights are used as position light, the standard

position light must be disabled in accordance with ECE-R-48.

light modules that can be mounted flexibly within the limits of the legal regulations, available

with or without position light.

A revolutionary piece of free-form design that combines all the advantages of LED daytime

running lights for you: increase in safety, reduction in fuel consumption compared with driving

with low beam light, and dominant high-tech appearance.

The LEDayFlex daytime running lights set is made up of two pre-cabled module chains with 5 -

8 round light modules as well as two electronic boxes for controlling the daytime running lights.

The system is connected with the vehicle electric system via a 3-pole AMP-Supersealed plug.

The focus is firmly on being seen with 90 mm modular light series. This is

guaranteed by a Longlife bulb and a Kartoval® LED which combine two

important functions for being seen in one single precision reflector: daytime

running light and position light The flush-mounted module with 2 Kartoval®

lenses is convincing through its optimum light output and is well worth seeing

with its clear-glass lens and brilliant appearance.

Thanks to the optional mounting plate* and integrated K-Jetronic connector,

installation and electrical connection are quick and easy. Scope of delivery

includes P 21 W 12V Longlife bulb, Kartoval® LED 12V and the necessary

connection cable.

This H15 bulb-type for flush fitting in the 90 mm modular series combines

daytime running light and spotlight in one precision reflector. It focuses

the light efficiently and reflects it brilliantly through the clear glass lens. For

extremely strong illumination and signaling effect.

The integrated K-Jetronic connector makes fast electrical connection possible,

while mounting is just as quick and easy thanks to the mounting plate

included. The light includes an H15 bulb and carrier frame with adjustment

screw for adjustment from the front or from the rear.

This 90 mm H15 bulb-type module is a daytime running light and fog light

at the same time. In the advanced precision reflector, the light is bundled

so efficiently that both optimum illumination and effective signaling are

guaranteed. The clear glass lens also gives the module a brilliant-finish

appearance.

The specially developed mounting plate and the integrated K-Jetronic

connector make quick and easy installation possible. The light includes an H15

bulb and carrier frame with adjustment screw for adjustment from the front

or from the rear. The 3-pole mating connector (8JD 162 581-802) and the

cabling are not included in the scope of delivery.
