MobiCall is available in three versions:
- MobiBBox - MobiCall hot stand-by fully redundant - MobiCCloud
All versions contain licenses for alarm escalations, time-dependent alarm distribution, 1000 persons, 100 groups and 1000 scenarios, internal watchdog monitoring, data backup and statistical evaluations as standard.
MobiCall offers a long-term upgrade and migration plan that allows purchased licenses to be reused at any time. Together with software insurance comprehensive investment protection is offered, allowing also all systems to interconnect. MobiBBox - the Quickstart The MobiBBox is the smart "Plug & Use" solution on a compact industrial PC with integrated web server. This solution is preferably used for standard requirements in small and medium-sized companies or the equipment of a distant location in a network.
MobiCall - the high-performance application The powerful platform for large and complex requirements maps MobiCall to server hardware or a virtual environment.
MobiCCloud - the Easy To Use solution As a web-based service, MobiCCloud is the solution for alerting, mobilization, evacuation, information distribution and personal protection.

3. Notification
3.1. Sending messages
MobiCall sends the alarm message and the image.
The user responds to the alarm message, writes some additional information and confirms the alarm with the code provided by MobiCall.

3.2. ”Bubbles” system
MobiCall creates the Bubble, adds the users to the Bubble, sends the alarm message and the image file.
Users can now discuss inside the Bubble, and confirm/reject the alarm inside the same Bubble.

4. Confirmation
4.1. Confirm/reject an alarm
If an alarm requires confirmation, the user can confirm/reject the alarm by using a special code sent by MobiCall.
The user responds to the alarm message and confirms the alarm with the code provided by MobiCall, in this example “NvCode:71840/OK”.
4.2. Exploitation of alarms

On the alarm statistics can be seen that the alarm is confirmed or rejected depending on the person who wrote the message.

New Voice has developed two new interface:
nveO2GDeviceState: interconnects with Alcatel OmniPCX Open Gateway
nveUCCpresence: interconnects with Alcatel OpenTouch Conversation The features of these two interfaces are:
User Presence state: Available, Busy, Meeting, Do not disturb...
Device states: Device is busy or the device is idle (available for call)
MobiCall makes it possible to know the presence of each staff member and whether they are on the phone or not.
The presence status is synchronized with the OXE/Open-Touch on the phone and/or the MobiCall Web Client or Smartphone Client.

In addition to the gateway integration services presented, MobiCall has a NVX graphical
interface, accessible through browsers, and allowing to create emergency plan
management contexts for customers.
The management of the plans through NVX allows to use the resources of the PBX (mass
calls, automatic opening of the HP of stations for message broadcasting,...).
