MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement entered into and executed this __th day of February,2015 UST, Espana Manila.

by and between:

_______________________________________ and The UST FACULTY OF PHARMACY STUDENT COUNCIL a recognized organization of the University of Santo Tomas, herein represented by Zhaquill Carpeso herein after referred to as the committee head of the sponsorship committee.

WITNESSETH

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein after set forth, the Parties hereto agree, as they have agreed on the following:

1. _________________________________ would be renting a booth in Plaza Mayor, University of Santos Tomas Espaa, Manila during the Pharmacy week on March 2-6, 2015 from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM, worth 10, 000 Php.

2. This Memorandum of Agreement takes effect on March 2-6, 2015.
