Prison industries have existed in Minnesota for over 100 years
On any given day, MINNCOR employs approximately 1,200 offenders and 125 staff
Since 2003, MINNCOR has been a self-sufficient enterprise, receiving no state subsidies, taxpayer dollars or grants

A re-entry program designed to encourage offenders to gain and maintain long-term employment once released from confinement
