• EVERY product weather it is buyer to business, buyer to customer requires the need identification because if you don’t know the need of your target customer then how would you serve the value to them so when ever you think of any product then think as a customer and we think ultratech cement think in this way they identified the need of customers……………………………

Basically two type of need.

• Secondary need

• Primary need: - for this particular product primary need is a good cement to construct building or for any construction….

• Secondary need: - secondary need for this product is a best cement manufacturing company in India who is more trusted brand….

In both the cases the ultratech cement satisfied both primary and secondary need because ulratech cement is the leading cement manufacturing company in India and the more trusted brand so that’s how it satisfied both the needs…

• THE product can be create or modified according to the demand and the need of the customers and as we know the cement is the business product, when ADITYA BIRLA GROUP identified the demand the want to make this product and the also modified it to according to the engineers that's why they say the engineers choice……

• Every product has its target group of customer so while we completing above steps then we have to communicate with target group and for this product the target group is the engineers and contractors who is responsible for construction every buildings, dams, bridges so they target this all target group….

• IN this step we distribute our product to different retailers, wholesalers where the customers get our product, as we know that ultratech cement is the biggest player in cement manufacturing than its distribution is as strong as its position in market and they have many other product with them which is also so effective in other works…..

IN this step we talking about the sales as a leading manufacturing company of India the capacity of production and sales are obviously high in 2013-14 the capacity is 50.90 48.75 MMTPA and sales is 19.30 19.59 cr. So now we know what sort of business they have and the profit they earn with this figers….
