The sealless MKPP magnetic drive pump is ideal to meet the stringent requirements of chemical processing and a multi- tude of other industries. This highly advanced and extremely energy efficient pump is built to handle fluids reliably and absolutely safely. With its special design, the MKPP requires no plain bearing carrier. Optimum lubrication and cooling of the single, cen- trally located impeller bearing assembly with the process fluid gives the pump excellent running characteristics. The pump features a peripheral impeller rotating stably about a stationary axis on the gyroscopic principle, main- taining a perfect hydraulic balance. This minimises bearing loads, increasing the reliability of operation. With this type of impeller, the MKPP can generate high head at low flow rates, making it perfect for dosing and injection applica- tions. Wetted parts of the casing are machined from rolled bar stock, offering a very wide choice of materials of construc- tion. This allows the pump to be tailored exactly to the pumping application and corrosive medium to be handled. The MKPP is constructed with just a few, robust compo- nents, facilitating assembly and minimising the costs of spare parts, maintenance and servicing. With its vertical in- line design, the pump takes up little space and can be fitted into any installation easily and inexpensively. A wide array of options is available for the MKPP. The sealless MKPP magnetic drive pump is ideal to meet the stringent requirements of chemical processing and a multi-tude of other industries. This highly advanced and extremely energy efficient pump is built to handle fluids reliably and absolutely safely.

With its special design, the MKPP requires no plain bearing carrier. Optimum lubrication and cooling of the single, cen-trally located impeller bearing assembly with the process fluid gives the pump excellent running characteristics.

The pump features a peripheral impeller rotating stably about a stationary axis on the gyroscopic principle, main-taining a perfect hydraulic balance. This minimises bearing loads, increasing the reliability of operation. With this type of impeller, the MKPP can generate high head at low flow rates, making it perfect for dosing and injection applica-tions.

Wetted parts of the casing are machined from rolled bar stock, offering a very wide choice of materials of construc-tion. This allows the pump to be tailored exactly to the pumping application and corrosive medium to be handled.

The MKPP is constructed with just a few, robust compo-nents, facilitating assembly and minimising the costs of spare parts, maintenance and servicing. With its vertical in-line design, the pump takes up little space and can be fitted into any installation easily and inexpensively. A wide array of options is available for the MKPP.
