Mixing Skin Tones

Basic Light Pallet

•Mix lots of white with a little yellow and a touch of red

•Add a dot of blue to cool down the colour

•To create shadows mix brown with red, yellow, white and a touch of black

Basic Dark Pallet

• Warm tones = Yellow, Brown and Red.

• Cool tones= Yellow, Brown and Blue

• To create highlights mix yellow and white with a touch of brown and red
