• To maintain your Nudge Bar properly, wash regularly with car wash detergent, hose off & chamois dry. Stubborn grime can be removed with kerosene.

• Polished surfaces can be maintained with Autosol® metal polish or similar products. Use as recommended.

Diagram 1: Remove the Grille

Diagram 3: Attach the Upper Brackets

Remove the Grille

Tools: Flat Screwdriver7mm

Remove the 7 scrivets retaining the front grille section, and carefully pull the grille upwards to unclip from the front bumper.

Modify the Bumper

Tools: Bastard FileFlat Screwdriver

Remove the two scrivets from the top edge of the bumper.

Using a bastard file, very carefully remove the ridges seperating the 2 scrivet recess', and the bumper surface.

Attach the Upper Brackets

Tools: 13mm Socket/Spanner5mm Hex Driver (Allen Key)Hardware: 2x M8 Button Head Cap Screws4x M8 Flat Washers2x M8 Nylock Nuts

Using an M8 Button Head Cap Screw, 2x Flat Washers, and a Nylock Nut, fasten a Mounting Mracket to the vacant RHS scrivet hole, ensuring the slotted end of the Mounting Bracket points forward.

Fully tighten.

Repeat for LHS.

Diagram 4: Removal of Bash Plate

4. Remove the Bash Plate Front

Tools: 13mm Socket/Spanner

Using a 13mm socket, remove the 2 mounting bolts from the front of the vehicle bash plate.

Attach the Nudge Bar

Tools: 13mm Socket/SpannerHardware: Nudge Bar2x M8 Button Head Cap Screws2x M8x60mm Hex Head Bolts2x M8 Spring Washers2x M8 Flat Washers2x Steel Spacers

Rest the Nudge Bar on top of the upper brackets, and temporarily insert 2x M8 Button Head Cap Screws to keep it in place.

Secure the bottom tabs of the Nudge Bar to the vehicle, using 2x M8 Hex Bolts, 2x Spring Washers, 2x Flat Washers, and the 2 Steel Spacers, in place of the bash plate bolts.

Tools: 13mm Socket/Spanner5mm Hex Driver (Allen Key)Hardware: 2x M8 Button Head Cap Screws4x M8 Flat Washers2x M8 Nylock Nuts

Adjust the Nudge Bar to the desired angle, and permanently fasten to the Upper brackets using 2x M8 Button Head Cap Screws (temporarily used in the previous step), 4x M8 Flat Washers, and 2x M8 Nylock Nuts.

Fully tighten all bolts.

Re-fit the grille, following STEP#1 in reverse.
