Overview
MissionThe mission of project warrior is to give incentive and motivation for cadets to strive for excellence in leadership, wingman ship, professionalism, and bring forth stronger cohesion throughout each team.
Honor flight is awarded to the flight who demonstrates excellence in:
Professionalism Military bearing Warrior knowledge Customs and courtesies Wingmanship Services
Honor Flight
Warrior flight will be awarded to the flight who exemplifies excellence in:
Warrior spirit Physical fitness Motivation Ability to inspire others
Warrior Flight
Recognizes one male and one female who shows excellence in motivation, positive attitude, willingness to be better, professionalism, customs and courtesies, and volunteering
Warrior cadets will receive a prize at the end of each month and be recognized throughout the detachment
Warrior Cadet
Criteria for warrior flight is as follows: Motivation during pt:(15pts) per flight Warrior Day: 1st(150pts),2nd(100pts),3rd(50)pts Warrior quizzes:(2pts) per cadet Make-up pt:(10pts) per cadet Warrior cadet:(15pts) per flight PFA(highest Avg. Percent):
1st(60pts),2nd(50pts),3rd(40pts),4th(30pts),5th(20pts), 6th(10pts)
