This week we will be continuing with Mission Impossible. If you can’t remember what happened, read the story before starting today’s lesson. Last week, we finished off by looking at the characters in the story.

Story Ideas
If you’re stuck on some story ideas why not try one of these (or do all of them and write your own series of adventure stories):
Story idea 1: You could retell or rewrite the story ‘Mission Possible ’but add in a few more extra details e.g. the description of the mirror, more information about the characters (especially the baddies) or maybe you could make the chase scene a little more exciting.

Today, you will be writing the story that you have spent past week planning. Make sure you use the plan to help you!

- Characters - Setting - Mission/Quest - Problem - Overcome problem - Ending
Success ladder to help you with your writing:
Use exciting vocabulary when describing characters and setting.
Use fronted adverbials in your writing. Eg: Without hesitation, ….
Use speech in your writing.
Use paragraphs in your writing.
