What Questions to Ask the Faculty?

Some information is a “must-have”: What is the deadline for these updates? R or C? Where does the entry belong on the CV? How should it be worded on the CV? What are the dates? (start date is always required) What was the faculty member’s role? AKA What did they do?

Other information may be wanted: What other specifics should be included? For example- award

amounts for funding Is this a recurring event that could just be one entry? Have any activities recently ended? Are there any sections of the CV that have been neglected? Are there others involved in this project?

How to Determine What to Enter

Faculty can enter anything that is professionally relevant into the system.

But Faculty Admin decides what categories show on the CV.• This can help faculty know what FacAdmin views as most

important.
