K143340, not actual car The Lake in the Hills Police Department is investigating a case of possible unlawful restraint. On 081910 at approximately 3:00 pm a witness reported to police that a woman, believed to be Lisa Wojtas, was forced into a car and driven away from the area. The witness stated that the woman was on foot in the area of Oak St. at Maple St. in Lake in the Hills when she was punched more than once by a black male with a heavy build. The woman then appeared to be forced by the male, against her will, into a car which left the area southbound. The vehicle is identified as a 2000 Honda CRV, maroon, bearing Illinois registration K143340. The vehicle pictured above is similar to, but not the actual vehicle sought. The Lake in the Hills Police are seeking information as to the whereabouts of Lisa Wojtas and asks that anyone with information contact the department at 847-658-5676.
