1. I am a fol lower of Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as, of Qadian, District Gurdaspur, Punjab, thePromised Messiah and Founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement, and sincerely bel ieve in al l hisclaims. I have read completely / have had read out to me, and have understood perfectlythe booklet ent it led Al - Wasiyyat bearing the date of December 24, 1905, and appendix tothe same, dated January 06, 1906, and the minutes of the First Meeti ng of the Board ofDirectors of Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya , Qadian, held on January 29, 1906, as approved by thePromised Messiah. I hold al l the instructions contained therein ful ly binding upon me, andin the l ight thereof I desire that after my death my bod y should be taken to the BahishtiMaqbarah, Qadian for burial, provided permission is granted to me or, after my death, tomy heirs by Maj l is Karpardaz Masalih Qabristan. If I fa i l to deposit in advance in thetreasury of Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan, Rabwah an adequate sum of money to coverexpenditure to be incurred in transporting my remains, the same should be deducted frommy estate. Such expenses wi l l not be debited to the portion of my estate assigned by thisWil l to the Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan, Rabwah.

2. In addit ion to Al - Wasiyyat , a l l instructions and directives issued by Hadrat Khali fatul

Masihat , or by Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Qadian, or by Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya PakistanRabwah, or by the Majl is Karpardaz Masal ih Qabristan Qadian/Rabwah in connect ion withBahishti Maqbarah or relating to Musi s, shall , to the extent that they relate to this Wil l , bebinding on me and my heirs .

3. This Wil l of mine, which is my last Wil l , shall remain val id and effect ive, whether myremains are buried in Bahis hti Maqbarah or not.

4. I , do hereby agree, declare and bind myself according to law and Shari’ah that under nocircumstances whatsoever and at no t ime shall I or my heirs be entit led to claim refund ofany payments made under this Wil l as Chanda Wasiyyat or cla im return of Hissa Jai’dad.

5. 1. Before committing the Wasiyyat (Wil l) to writ ing, please read or have read out to you thePromised Messiah’s booklet Al-Wasiyyat and the Appendix thereto and Minutes of the FirstMeeting of Board of Director s Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Qadian held on January 29, 1906duly ver if ied by the Promised Messiah. The foremost condit ion of Wasiyyat is that theprospect ive Musi must be righteous, obedient to the laws of Shari 'ah, one who givesprecedence to the faith over worldly affa irs, and must be a clean, pure and pious Ahmadi.

2. The Wasiyyat is to be executed in good health. A ‘death -bed’ Wasiyyat shall not beaccepted.

3. A Wasiyyat which includes immovable property should, as far as possible, be attested by theheirs/partners of the prospect ive Musi .

4. The Wasiyyat made by a married woman must be witnessed by her husband if he is alive. The HaqMahr* is also part of a woman’s property to be inc luded in Wasiyyat . It should also bespecif ied whether Haq Mahr has been received or is st i l l due from the husband. The detailsof jewellery (type, weight and est imated value) should a lso be given. The monthly income ofher husband should also be mentioned and, if he is a Musi, his Wasiyyat number should begiven.

5. If some immovable pro perty is included in a Wasiyyat , such property should better beofficia l ly registered in the name of the prospective Musi. Musis, who find it diff icult toexecute Wasiyyat due to legal restrict ion, can transfer as gi ft , their property to SadrAnjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan Rabwah during their l ives. And they should send a copy of thelegal documents of gifted property to Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan. And i f there is anycomplication in gift ing the property, then al l the property present at the t ime of Wasiyyatand its location etc . should be written in the Wasiyyat form including its market value. Thevalue should be evaluated under the supervision of the local Anjuman and, and a separatecertif ication should be included from the local pres ident verify ing tha t the value of theproperty mentioned is true. Moreover, it should a lso be veri f ied that the prospective Musidoes not have any other property.

6. It wil l be required of every Musi to pay Chanda Hissa Amad at the rate of Chanda A ’am atthe income of his/her property and he/she should also pledge to pay Hissa Amad at monthlyincome in addit ion to the above and should do so every month. Moreover it wil l be the dutyof every Musi to declare his/her annual income according to Schedule 'C ' to the office ofBahisht i Maqbarah ( In case of person residing outside Pakistan the Schedule 'C ' should beforwarded to Wakilul Mal Sani( I I) Tahrik Jadid Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan Rabwah).

7. The payment of Hissa Amad wi l l be due from the date that the applicant applied for i .e .date of writ ing of Wasiyyat/date of acceptance, even though the Certif icate may be givenlater.

8. Any Musi who does not pay the Chanda Wasiyyat after it is due for six months or stopspayment after once start paying it and does not inform Office of Majl is Karpardaz MasalihQabristan Rabwah of reasons, and does not seek permission for a relaxation, his/herWasiyyat wil l be considered for cancellation.

9.
