AROUND THE GROUNDS
Located in a former industrial precinct from the 1920s, The Grounds
of Alexandria was born from entrepreneurial duo Ramzey Choker and
Jack Hanna who had a vision of turning the then industrial concrete car
park into a thriving urban sanctuary. As it now stands, The Grounds is
a landmark coffee roaster, café and sustainable garden known for its
abundance of fresh produce and hands-on experiences.

Koskela was founded by Russel Koskela
and Sasha Titchkosky – two passionate
souls who left the corporate world to
create a business that truly reflects their
beliefs and passions. Offering products
that can be used to effect social change,
Koskela sells furniture that lasts. Now
home to Koskela Kitchen (offering both
breakfast and lunch) it’s a great place
