My name is

Mireia

Miró. I’m 13 years old. My hair is long, brown and

wavy. My eyes are blue. My mouth isn’t big but it

isn’t small. My ears are small.

I love dancing, drawing and cooking. I like reading. I

don’t like going to school and I hate Mondays.

My favourite colour is blue. My favourite food is

cheese. My favourite sport is hockey. My favourite

animal is the snow leopard.

About my family: I have got one brother, his name is

Jordi, and he is younger than me: he is 11, his

birthday is on the 19th of November.

I have got a pet, it is a hamster and its name is

Mimi.

In this

photo I was with my brother on an excursion. I

was wearing a black jacket and an orange T-shirt.

Jordi was wearing a colourful jacket and a red

T-shirt. It was in Banyoles, Pla de l’Estany. There, I

was playing with my brother and my parents; we

went sailing by the lake. Then, we went eating in a

restaurant and later, we were playing in a park. In a

half an hour later we were looking at the fishes and

trying to catch them with little stones.

Around the world ...

One of the places that I visited is the Caiman

Islands. It was an

amazing place.

One day my family and I

went to a beautiful beach, with palm trees, white

sand and transparent water; you could see lots of

fishes in it.

Another day we went to a

turtle aquarium. There you

could hold them and take

photos. There were lots of

types of turtles, big turtles,

small turtles and giant turtles; they were about one

metre long. There was a

caiman too.
