• 2016 industrial sales have kept a close pace with the record five year price levels. Two sales recorded last year were within just $2.5M of a recent record set in 2015 for the BAE Building, after Hyde Development’s recent renovation and re-branding as the Northern Stacks.
• Among the top deals, 3 out of 5 were targeted at multi-tenant buildings, and 4 out of 5 were out-of-state buyers.
