Bring your dinner and join us as we discover God’s Everyday Commission and Everyday Command. If you want to know what you are supposed to do as a follower of Jesus, this is for you! College Student Outreach Care packages filled with cookies will be sent to college students for Valentine’s Day. If you would like to provide cookies for this outreach, please bring them to the church on or before Sunday, February 2. Volunteers are needed to pack up and address boxes after 2nd service on that day. Thank you for your help with this outreach! The Fellowship Team at Cornerstone invites you to our own Superbowl Party Sunday, February 2nd 5:00 pm - ? Mark & Dolores Mobley’s house (208 Joan Drive in Commanche Village which is on Rt. 104 between I-55 and Pawnee (494-7527)) Join us for Football, Food and Commercials! Bring your favorite football food, and stay for the whole game, or just drop by for awhile! High School STL Adventure Day Who: High school students of Cornerstone and invited friends What: High School youth will be able to enjoy an indoor trampoline facility for free-style jump and dodgeball. Lunch will consists of a pizza buffet, and students will conclude the evening with laser tag and bowling. When: This event is taking place Saturday, February 15! Students need to be at Cornerstone at 11:00am and will leave at 11:15am sharp. Students should be home by 10pm. Where: We will be in various locations in the Saint Louis area; more specifically: Sky-zone in Chesterfield, Pizza Street in O’Fallon, and Brunswick Zone XL in St. Peters, MO. What is needed? Each student will pay $20.00 to help cover food, jump, laser tag, and bowling costs. Each student needs to complete a waiver and return it to Mike Will by Sunday, February 9 in order to participate at Sky Zone! Several drivers are needed for this event. Clothing Connection
Connecting Clothes to People in Need
The Clothing Connection will be open on
Tuesday, February 4 from 5-8pm.
Drop Off and Sorting on Tuesday,
February 18 from 5-8pm.
TCC is currently in need of any size boys and
girls infants-children’s clothing. We are also
looking for a new coordinator. The day of the
week and time of TCC can change to suit the
leader’s schedule. If you are interested, or
have any questions, please contact

MINUTES FOR MOM
A monthly ministry (the first Tuesday of
each month) for Moms who need time alone
from children to run errands, shop at the
Clothing Connection, get groceries or simply
rest and relax. Bring your kids (children
under 7) to Cornerstone Community
Church on Tuesday, December 3 from
5-8pm for playtime, a movie, a craft and
dinner. There will be 3 adults and a few
youth (high school age) to entertain!
If you know of a mom who could benefit,
please let her know!

The 2014 Cornerstone Love Banquet will be on Sunday, February 16 from 5:30 - 7:00pm. One of
the main purposes for hosting the love banquet is to raise support towards attending
CIY mission trips. Christ in Youth conferences is a top tier high school revival that changes lives
and sow seeds for kingdom building.
Our banquet menu: the house special which includes mostacioli, salad, and fresh bread.
Enjoy entertainment and for the first time ever, love baskets!
Love baskets is just another fun entity added to our love banquet this year. These baskets will be
handled in a silent auction. Upon entering the sanctuary, each family will receive a bidding number. On behalf of the youth ministry team
and I, we are asking you individually to take part if you wish in creating a themed basket.
Examples are, but not limited to: an entertain-ment basket, seasonal baskets, sweets, garden-ing, etc… If you care to just donate an item(s),
that will be satisfactory as well. Once you have decided on a theme, please inform myself to
avoid similar baskets if possible. These baskets should be brought in by Sunday, February 9th!

BLITZ KIDS SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2014
LET’S ROLL!! SKATELAND SOUTH IN SPRINGFIELD
We will meet at Cornerstone on Sunday,
February 23 at 4:00 p.m. We will load up and head to Springfield Skateland South to skate until 6:30 p.m.
We will return Blitz Kids to their home by 7:15 p.m.
BRING THE FAMILY! BRING A FRIEND! OR JUST BRING YOU!
The cost for this event will be $5 to skate and additional money for the concession stand
for food and drink. SIGN UP AT THE BLITZ KIDS BOARD!
