About the Certification ProgramTo support your career progression at Kal Tire we offer two levels of management certification within the Mining Tire Group.

These programs include self guided online courses developed by Harvard University, a top notch library of materials, and a number of tools that can be applied to leadership challenges now and throughout your career.

One of the advantages of these programs is that it will provide all leaders across global mining tire operations with best practice knowledge about management, while at the same time allowing each participant to customize their learning depending on their individual needs and local priorities. This combination will help us to better operate as a team while ensuring we can meet our daily challenges with skill and confidence.

As you go through these programs it is important to remember that knowledge is one thing, but practice is what truly leads to expertise. We encourage you to use the resources in this program again and again, and to remember that practice makes perfect.
