The economic fabrication is based on the SAP-assisted sequence control. It is the interface between design and construction and an efficient fabrication enabled by the latest state-of-the-art metal working machines and a staff of qualified experts.

An optimized in-plant logistics system provides each assembly stand with the required components in time.

VARIOUS BEARING AND SEALING DESIGNSThe standard bearings and housings for our conveyor pulleys are man-ufactured by German brand manufacturers. Doppstadt’s own hous-ings are the concept for special applications. The heavy-duty series can be adjusted to customized measures and parameters. High-performance sealing designs, suitable for extremely high dust and dirt formation (labyrinth, Taconite etc.) are available for all the products we use.

VERSCHIEDENSTE LAGER UND DICHTUNGSKONZEPTEStandardmäßig werden für unsere Trommeln, Lager und Gehäuse deutsche Markenhersteller verwendet. Doppstadt eigene Gehäuse nach FAC-Standard sind das Konzept für den besonderen Ein-satzfall. Die Baureihen für höchste Belastungen lassen sich an die kundenspezifischen Maße und Randbedingungen anpassen. Leistungsfähige Dichtungskonzepte, geeignet für stärkste Schmutz- und Staubentwicklung (Labyrinth, Taconite, etc.), sind für sämtliche von uns verwendeten Produkte erhältlich.

BELÄGEDie heißvulkanisierten und PU (Polyurethan) Beläge unserer Trom-meln sind in Dicke und Profilierung auf die vorherrschenden Bedingun-gen abgestimmt. Für extremste Ein-satzbedingungen bietet der CK-X Keramikbelag mit Teilvulkanisier-ung hohe Verschleißfestigkeit bei gurtschonendem Verhalten.

WELDING TYPE/ CLAMPING SET TYPEThe standard equipment of our clamping set conveyor pulleys for maximum torque transmission is provided with clamping sets made by BIKON. On the customer’s request, we also pro-vide clamping sets made by other manufacturers.

A light, cost-saving alternative we still offer is the conventional welding type.

SCHWEISSAUSFÜHRUNG/ SPANNSATZAUSFÜHRUNGUnsere Gurttrommeln in Spannsatzausführung für maximale Momentenübertragung bieten wir standardmäßig mit Spann-sätzen der Firma BIKON an. Auf Kundenwunsch werden auch Spannsätze anderer Hersteller eingesetzt.

Als leichte, kostengünstige Alternative können wir auch nach wie vor die klassische Schweißausführung anbieten.

LAGGINGThe thickness and profiles of the hot-vulcanized as well as PU (poly-urethane) laggings of our pulleys are adjusted according to the surround-ing conditions. In extreme condi-tions, the CK-X ceramic lagging with partial vulcanization ensures resis-tance to wear and conveyor-friendly behavior.

With our Tacchi CNC Heavy Duty Machining Center we machine pulleys up to diameter 3,000 mm and shafts up to 10,000mm length.

Turning, milling, deep-hole drilling up to 40t unit weight - The complete pulley machining will be in one set up.

HÖCHSTE PRÄZISION BIS 3.000 MM DURCHMESSER

Mit unserem Tacchi CNC Dreh- und Bearbeitungszentrum bearbeiten wir Gurttrommel bis 3.000mm Durchmesser und Antriebswellen bis 10.000mm Länge. Drehen, Fräsen, Tieflochbohren bis 40t Stückgewicht - Eine komplette Gurttrommelbearbeitung kann in einer Aufspannung er-folgen.

EARLY FAULT DETECTION BY CONDITION MONITORING

The basis of an efficient maintenance system is the continuous monitoring of the conveyor system compo-nents. On request we supply the condition monitoring systems of renowned manufacturers.

In this way, failures such as bearing damages or lack of lubricant can be detected early in order to take reme-dial measures and to avert breakdowns of the system. There are certain points at the housings intended for a subsequent retrofitting.

FRÜHZEITIGE FEHLERERKENNUNG DURCH CONDITION MONITORING

Die Grundlage eines effektiven Wartungssystems ist die stetige Überwachung der Förderanlagenbestand-teile. Wir bieten auf Wunsch die Condition Monitoring- Systeme der namenhaften Hersteller an. Störungen, wie Lagerschäden oder Schmierstoffmangel kön-nen so frühzeitig erkannt und Gegenmaßnahmen er griffen werden. Ein Ausfall der Anlage ist so frühzeitig abwendbar. Für eine spätere Nachrüstung sind an den von uns verwendeten Gehäusen entsprechende Punkte vorgesehen.
