Quilled Ornaments & More Quilling, or paper filigree,

is an art form that uses of strips of paper rolled, shaped, and glued together to create unique decorative designs. The paper, wound around a “quill” to create basic shapes is glued and these shaped coils can

be arranged to form holiday ornaments, flowers, leaves, and

other decorative patterns. This 18th century “gentle ladies art” is now

becoming popular due to the low cost of supplies, and for scrapbooking and
