Weir Minerals is committed to delivering market-leading products and services. Our whole project, whole process solutions are designed to meet both technical and commercial challenges of customers operating within the global mining and minerals processing industry, sand & gravel, power and general industry.

Our comprehensive portfolio consists of delivering and supporting a wide range of slurry equipment solutions, including pumps, valves, hydrocyclones, wear-resistant linings, and de-watering products. These high performance products are designed and manufactured to meet the highest specifications – for robust and reliable use in the world’s most demanding environments.

The expertise requires a combination of product design and engineering, process expertise, optimal selection of equipment, erection and commissioning, operating and maintenance of the products to deliver the right economics for a profitable operation. The benefits derived from such a package, as a solution, deliver considerable value to customers.

Working in collaboration with customers, engineering consultants, and within the realm of project constrains, Weir Minerals India’s engineering team are developing solutions fitted for the best results and optimal resource utillisation. To offer such solutions to customers, Weir Minerals India is backed by global expertise in mineral processing, an in-house engineering services team to develop the right solution, project management capabilities, apart from an extensive range of global products offering (crushers, high pressure grinding roll, mill liners, attrition cells, classifiers, sizing and de-watering screens, dense media and hydro cyclones, slurry pumps, heavy duty slurry valves, rubber lining for pipeline and tanks, and rubber hoses).

Some of the largest corporates in the country trust Weir Minerals India, proving the company’s packaged solution capability. A leading steel

producer and exporter entrusted Weir Minerals India to commission a slurry handling system within its prestigious 600 TPH iron ore beneficiation plant in Rajasthan. The project included design, engineering, supply, and supervision of erection and commissioning of several products, such as slurry pumps, valves, hydro cyclones, rubber-lined pump boxes, rubber-lined distributors for magnetic separator, interconnecting hoses, and rubber-lined pipeline. Weir Minerals India engineers successfully collaborated with the client and consultants to deliver the project.

For a top minerals business house in Andhra Pradesh, Weir Minerals India provided the solution of slurry transportation covering a 2 km distance. The system transported 75 MTPH sand from their pre-concentration plant (PCP) to minerals separation plant (MSP), replacing the costly road transport method. The project was a turnkey solution and involved design, manufacture, and commissioning of a long-distance PCP-MSP sand transportation pipeline system. The solution included slurry preparation for pumping and subsequent dewatering. The solution had a combination of products, including series pumping with high pressure AHPP pumps, cyclone system for de-watering/stacking arrangement, Isogate® knife gate and pinch valves for controlling the slurry with fail close/fail open options and feedback signals, return water and gland seal water system, rubber lined pump boxes and pipeline with necessary motor control center (MCC), instrumentation system and remote transfer unit (RTU).

For a leading mining company in Rajasthan, Weir Minerals India provided a solution to upgrade plant processing capacity from 4000 TPD to 5072 TPD with cyclone feed pumps, hydro cyclones, rubber-lined pump boxes, along with hoses and spools. The project included design, engineering, and supervision of erection and commissioning.
