An event is like a live staged performance. There is no second chance. At MindShift Events we pride ourselves on bringing your brand to life.

No event is too big or too small. Our team has over 7 years of experience in the industry and are extremely passionate about event management. Although we are based in Johannesburg, we do work nationally and internationally.

MindShift takes control of the entire event process from conceptualisation through to implementation. However, should the client only need us to manage part of the event we will gladly do so. We have worked alongside many Event, Exhibition and Conference companies in the past.

We are affiliated with some of the best suppliers in the industry who we have selected for their high standards of delivery and professionalism.

MindShift continually strives to provide the best service possible to our clients and this is reflected in all aspects of our business, especially in our attention to detail.

CONFERENCES

MindShift manages and develops conferences of all sizes. From an intimate lunch or dinner for 20 delegates to a corporate conference for 3000 delegates. Each conference is handled with precision and attention to detail as we want the delegates to leave with brand knowledge and inspiration. We work closely with the client to ensure that at all times the product or look and feel is up to the required standard.

PROMOTIONS

MindShift has extensive experience in Management and Execution of Promotions, both in Johannesburg and nationally. We have a number of ladies and gents on our books to meet any of the clients’ specific requirements and budget.

We have considerable knowledge in running exhibitions, corporate, retail and in-store promotions and overseeing the selection process, training, implementation and management thereof. This includes the following:

HOSTESSES AND MODELS

MindShift is continually requested to supply Hosts and Hostesses to Exhibitions and Events throughout South Africa. These ladies and gents are experienced, well dressed and professional at all times.

MindShift Events also coordinates Fashion Shows and models. The models can be used for fashion shows through to TV and advert campaigns.

We find the right model to suit the clients requirements and budget.
