THE EXCEPTIONAL SCHOOL FOR EXCEPTIONAL LEARNERS
Great partnerships start with “HELLO”!
We are Academy of Whole Learning! An Exceptional School for Exceptional Learners! AND we’ve recently moved to Minnetonka!
Academy of Whole Learning is one of only a handful of private/non-profit 501 (c)(3) schools in the world and the only one in the greater Twin Cities area that specifically educates children with autism spectrum disorder or related learning differences.
Our logo is our mission. We call it our bridge for learning. The bridge represents the personalized learning paths we provide for our students. The book defines us as a school with the pages open at the top representing how we integrate academics, life, and social skills into the personalized learning path. The sunshine represents our exceptional students with autism spectrum disorder or related learning differences.
Since 2003, Academy of Whole Learning offers STEM based, sensory-friendly programming for students in K through 8th grade, as well as college pre-paratory and life-skills courses for students in 9-12th grade. Our students suc-ceed in a strengths-based setting with personalized learning supports, and they achieve milestones their families never imagined possible. Academy of Whole Learning offers an inclusive environment where all students accept one another.
Through community partnerships, at our annual Minds of All Kinds Benefit Breakfast at Oak Ridge Country Club, May 9, 2019, we seek to build relationships that benefit both Academy of Whole Learning and your business or foundation. Our sponsorship opportunities invite you to become a Minds of All Kinds stakeholder which supports:
• A safe and welcoming school environment for students with autismspectrum and those with similar learning needs.
• Students who are accepted and celebrated for who they are and bullying is not tolerated
• Innovative curriculum that is changing the way we educate students on the spectrum, teaching to the individual student and not the classroom as a whole.
Please consider PARTNERING WITH US – TOGETHER, we are going to have an exciting year!
Sincerely,
AOWL’s Development Team
