policy. Other PACS related duties were implemented regularly.

8) Rounding visits to clinic sites and staff meetings across eight sites.

9) Provided emergency coverage with float staff; Or by working shifts at closest

locations.

10) Transmitted employee needs/requests and communicate those with leadership

11) Reported observed behavior and objective perform date of employees whether

favorable or unfavorable.

12) Worked with leadership to monitor and enhance performance related to

performance improvement plan.

13) Assisted and facilitated supervisor with quarterly staff meeting. Gave a training

on basic EPIC skills. Lead one quarterly staff meeting.

14) Facilitated if needed Friday huddle in which supervisor normally lead.

15) Facilitated a weekly rounding huddle on Mondays calling each clinic separately.

Follow up with supervisor

16) Found coverage for vacations and leave. Plot coverage with in SharePoint

calendar and a shared outlook calendar and others.

Sent daily email with requests uncovered/covered and past.

Documented coverage in Outlook and SharePoint

Sent weekly reminder email of coverage plan to floats

17) Coverage of staffing schedules for all clinics.

18) Alerting ARMARK of service issues and follow up.

Sent email to Aramark coordinator

Followed up with phone call

Responded to Aramark repair emails

19) Placing work orders for telephony, IT and facilities Examples include: portable

grids, room cooling fan, decubitus pad, office chairs and more.

20) Inform employees of standards of performance, attendance, and dress code

21) Developed and completed special reports or projects; Looked for ways to improve

existing processes and shared them with staff/managers/supervisor
