acknowledge that nomination by the State of Victoria acting through the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (the Victorian Government) is conditional and subject to my formal acceptance and acknowledgement of the following:

1. I have read (or have had read to me) the contents of my nomination application and confirm that the information contained therein is true and correct.

2. I confirm that I meet all of the Australian Department of Home Affairs’ visa eligibility criteria for the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188).

3. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I meet the Victorian Government visa nomination criteria and the Department of Home Affairs’ visa eligibility criteria for the Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888).

4. I will notify the Victorian Government of any changes to my contact details and agree to participate in any surveys that the Victorian Government may conduct.

5. I will make contact with the Victorian Government (at the contact points noted on the Live in Melbourne website) within one month of arrival in Victoria.

6. I will maintain complying significant investments that provide economic benefit to Victoria for the duration of my subclass 188 visa/s.

11. I understand that it is my responsibility to approach the Skilled and Business Migration Program if I am uncertain of any conditions, to seek clarification.

The Victorian Government

1. May share information relating to the application and the applicant’s business/investment activities in Victoria with the Department of Home Affairs.

ممکن است اطلاعات مربوط به این درخواست و فعالیت های کسب و کار/ سرمایه گذاری متقاضی در ویکتوریا در اختیار وزارت امور داخله قرار دهد.

2. Reserves the right to make direct contact with the applicant in relation to this application or related matters.

حق خود را برای گرفتن تماس مستقیم با متقاضی در پیوند با این درخواست یا موضوعات مربوطه محفوظ می نماید.

3. Has no legal authority to deal with visa matters and will not advocate to the Department of Home Affairs or the Administrative Appeals Tribunal on behalf of the applicant.

اجازه قانونی ندارد تا در امور روادید تعاملی داشته باشد و از متقاضی در وزارت امور داخله یا در دیوان تجدید نظر اداری جانبداری نخواهد نمود.

4. Does not endorse any investment made, or any business activity undertaken, by the applicant nor does it accept liability for any financial loss, cost or expense incurred as a result of any business decision, business activities or investments made by any person in any way connected with this application, or otherwise.

هیچ سرمایه گذاری، یا فعالیت های کسب و کار متقاضی را تأیید نمی کند و هیچگونه مسئولیت قانونی هم برای زیان مالی، هزینه یا مخارج حاصله در نتیجه هر نوع تصمیم کسب و کاری، فعالیت های کسب و کار یا سرمایه گذاری ها توسط هر شخص به هر طریق در پیوند یا این درخواست و غیر آن را نمی پذیرد.

5. Nomination does not imply that the applicant’s investment has been assessed as a complying significant investment (as defined by regulation 5.19C of the Migration Regulations 1994 (Cth)). Whether an investment meets the definition of complying significant investment is assessed by the Department of Home Affairs.

پیشنهاد نام تلویحاً به این معنی نیست که سرمایه گذاری متقاضی به عنوان سرمایه گذاری با رعایت شرایط قانونی ارزیابی (بنا به تعریف تبصره 5.19C از مقررات مهاجرت مصوب 1994 کامنولث) شده باشد. اینکه یک سرمایه گذاری به عنوان سرمایه گذاری مهم با رعایت شرایط قانونی باشد توسط وزارت امور داخله انجام خواهد شد.

I acknowledge that, without express written consent from the Victorian Government, failure to comply with the above conditions may result in the withdrawal of Victorian Government nomination for the applicant’s visa.

اینجانب تأیید می نمایم که، بدون بیان رضایت کتبی از دولت ویکتوریا، عدم مراعات شرایط فوق ممکن است موجب انصراف حمایت دولت ویکتوریا برای پیشنهاد نام از درخواست روادید توسط متقاضی شود .

I understand that these nomination conditions will also extend to any subclass 188 visa that I hold in the Significant Investor Extension stream.
