MIGRANT ASSISTANCE• The Migrant Assistance activity tab enables AVR and

CT Case Workers to manage processes and statuses for migrants under Counter Trafficking programs

• The MAD processes may be customized according to local program requirements

Objectives• To process CT Screening & Legal

Guardianship/Family Assessment• To record eligibility as VoT• To add NEW MIGRANT PROCESS• To update MIGRANT PROCESS• To add NOTES to Screening and Process• To update Case Management Notes• View Case Notes

Prerequisites

• Case is registered• Migrant Activity is equal to MAD• Migrant Service is CT• User has CT Case Worker

Rules• Risk Assessment is required for all CT Cases• Legal Guardian/Family Assessment is required for

unaccompanied minor & can be processed in parallel with Screening and other MAD processes.

• Non-mandatory questions must be completed in full (no partial answers)

• Only CT Case Workers have access to screening details• If user selects Other, they must enter data in the text

box• Screening must be completed before a case can be

assigned to a movement

• If the PA is an unaccompanied minor, Migrant Assistance process adds Legal Guardian/Family Assessment

• MAD Caseworker must complete Legal Guardian/Family Assessment before the case can be assigned to a Movement
