INDURA 70S-6

Wire e laborated under ISO 9001 process, is a mild steel e lectrode, coated with copper-plated, that offers an excel lent weldabi l i ty when i t 's used with CO2 or Ar/COz mix tures .

The INDURA wire contain higher manganese and si l icon levels, which provide higher deposit s t rengths and better de-oxidat ion character ist ic , special ly when welding over rusty, scaly or oily sur faces or when welding r immed steels.

Its addic ional si l icon produces a more fluid puddle and, therefore, a f latter bead. This character is t ic is useful on sheet metal welding with dip- transfer, where a min imun amount of build up and post welding grinding is required. Another character ist ic of INDURA wire is its except ional ly smooth arc and low spat ter level part icur ly in the dip transfer mode.

INDURA wire has been developed to ensure sound, poros i ty- free weld and scar that contr ibutes to reduce the cleaning operat ion.

The careful ly balanced helix, al lows a perfect feeding. Precis ion rol led al lows a higher product iv ty and less fr ict ion in the conduits, which minimize f laking prob lems.
