Grand Wayne Convention Center services include one set-up per room per day and use of available chairs, tables, staging and easels at no additional charge.

You may use your own audio visual equipment. Otherwise we recommend you allow our event manager to schedule services with our in-house AV technicians. Here you have the comfort of knowing your equipment will be in position, readyto function with back up supplies, at daily rentals lower than outside purveyors.

The enclosed Convention & Technology Service Schedules reflect current costs you could incur upon your needs and request. Your charges would be those in effect at the time of your conference.

The Grand Wayne Convention Center’s kitchen uses state-of-art equipment and techniques to provide superb food and beverage service. The Center contracts with the attached Hilton Hotel to provide this catering service.

I would be happy to reserve a block of sleeping rooms for affiliates attending this event at a rate of $99.00 for a standard room (2 double beds) or king. This rate includes both free dinner AND breakfast vouchers/limit 2 room (beverages and gratuity are not included).

In addition to sleeping rooms, I have meeting space available as well. The room rental for 3 rooms for lectures and 1 room for interviews would be $1,325.00/day. However,I would like to offer you a discount room rental rate of $650.00/day for the meeting rooms. The room set up charge is $150.00 that you would only be charged one time.
