SMART START TO 7TH GRADE Midview Middle School

12865 Grafton Road Grafton, Ohio 44044 May 27, 2016 Dear Parents, This is your child’s Invitation to participate in Midview’s summer program, SMART START TO 7th Grade. The program will concentrate on study and organizational skills to help your child prepare for the 2016-2017 school year. Participating in the program may alleviate any fears or concerns that your child may have about going to the middle school. It is an opportunity to become familiar with the new building and middle school expectations. Teachers will answer questions and make the first day of school less worrisome. We encourage all students to participate. There will be six sessions of SMART START TO 7th Grade: Session 1, 2, and 3: August 1-August 3; Session 4, 5, and 6: August 8-August 10. All sessions are three days and meet from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., 10:15 to 12:15pm or 1:00 to 3:00pm Monday through Wednesday at Midview Middle School. Please return the enrollment form indicating your first and second preferences for sessions, Emergency Medical Authorization Form, and the $20.00 program fee to:
