APPLICATION PROCESS1. Complete the Student Application Form and submit to your Middle School

Counselor.2. Applications must have a POSTMARK DATE of November 23, 2015.3. Attend mandatory Admissions Information Session.4. Take Academy Entrance Exam.5. Attend a personal interview. Prospective students and their parent/guardian are

required to attend a personal interview.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA1. Completion of Algebra 1, minimally, by the end of the 8th grade academic school

year. 2. Excellent standardized test scores.3. Strong 7th grade report card.4. Strong 8th grade MP 1 grades.5. Positive attendance record.6. Positive discipline record.7. High interest and aptitude for selected Academy focus.

STUDENT ACCEPTANCE1. All applicants qualifying for an interview will be contacted to schedule the

interview. 2. After all interviews are complete, students will be notified by letter regarding

their admission status. 3. Academic placement in our Academy Program is based on grades, standardized

test scores, entrance exam and personal interview.
