IntroductionWhen Harry Met Sally

Hit ‘n Hope Harry & Savvy Sally

Page 4: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Harry Small’s BioHit ‘n Hope Harry is 40 years old, and single.

He is currently employed as a sewage worker. He is also a distributor for the Acme perfume company in his spare

time.He sells perfume (or tries to)

He recruits other people as distributors too (or tries to)Harry usually fails miserably in many respects, including attracting

women. Goodness knows why…..He doesn’t declare his small amount of commission that he gets from the Acme Company. After all, it is only a couple of hundred

pounds a month, and if the tax man took his bit, there wouldn’t be much left for Harry to spend on a Friday night, would there?

Page 5: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Sally Tremaine’s BioSavvy Sally is 35 years old, married with two children.

She works as a dental receptionist. In her spare time, she retails products for Wikaniko, a well known

eco friendly network marketing company. She also attracts other distributors, and earns a small override on their performance (like a company regional manager would do)

It’s only a couple of hundred pounds a month, but it pays for things that she couldn‘t otherwise afford. And that commission is

increasing nicely every month.Sally decided at the beginning to ‘come clean’ with the taxman, so

that she could sleep easily at night. To her astonishment, she was so glad that she did!

Sally is employed, and she has also registered as part time self employed. This has given her some extraordinary benefits that she

did not even know about………

Page 6: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

On the basis of what you just read, who is better off?

I am of courseThere’s no flies on me!

There’s a funny smell around here….

Page 7: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Lets’ find out…..Hit ‘n Hope Harry is hoping that nobody ever finds out about his part time

venture. Unfortunately, by having to keep it ‘low key’, he will never be able to build a big business! He is a secret agent for his company….and he will always

have a small business, just like his name – Harry Small.

Unfortunately the taxman has a way of finding out these things, and one day Harry will be forced to cough up the tax on all the money he has made….

Page 8: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Sally is with WikanikoSavvy Sally soon came to realise that by registering as part time self

employed (as well as being employed) it was probably the best thing that she had ever done.

Sally discovered to her amazement, that the tax man wanted to help her grow her network marketing business by allowing her to

claim up to 4 years worth of tax back, that she has paid as an employed person!

Yes, up to 4 years of tax back. You read that correctly

Not a lot of people know that…..

Page 9: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

A Staggering StatisticThere are some truly fabulous work from home companies in the UK today.

However, 95% of people who join them, do not declare their business…..

So that’s probably the main reason why most people do not make it in network marketing. They are actually (and perhaps subconsciously) scared of building a big business, or making lots of money, in case they get caught!

How utterly stupid and destructive is that? It could all be so different, as you will soon discover. And you will find out why you (as an employed person) really should join a network marketing company, even if you haven’t up until now. That’s a promise.

Harry’s WagesHarry takes home £1200 a month wages, after £120 income tax was deducted .It’s a finite amount of money – no overtime, no pay rises, no bonuses – its £1200.His wages are paid into his bank – he breathes a sigh of reliefHe drives home, filling up the car with petrol on the way - £50He books his car in for a service - £80They tell him he needs 2 new tyres - £100He also knows his monthly car insurance payment is due - £40(Then there’s car tax, repairs, etc - frightening, isn’t it?)He then parks in the multi storey, to go shopping, £3He buys a pizza, some cans of beer and rents a couple of DVD’s for the weekend. This guy knows how to party…..He goes home, puts on the pc to check his emails, puts on the heating, and opens the post. He has received the following:Internet bill - £23Mobile phone bill £32Electric standing order confirmation, £47

Checkout the payouts in red – a total of £375 already disappearing from his wages. Is this a familiar story?

Page 11: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Sally’s WagesSally takes home a little less than Hit ‘n Hope Harry – about £1100 a month after tax

She has the same sort of outgoings, and a few extra because of the kids.

Spookily as it may seem though, she is actually much better off than Harry! In fact, she is laughing all the way to the bank……

Can you work out why?

Clue: It isn’t because she is successful with her network marketing business – she has only recently started it….

Page 12: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Here’s why….As we have already said, the taxman actually helps people that have their

own home businesses.

So whilst Hit ‘n Hope Harry is ducking under the radar, ducking and diving, bobbing and weaving, Sally is getting all she is legitimately entitled to.

Sally is so much better off than Harry – and because she is a distributor for Wikaniko, virtually everything is done for her in order to get her what she is

entitled to!

Lets’ show you something very exciting.

Page 13: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Get Tax Back on All This...Using part of your home for your office

You have to have heat in winter, and keep it cool in summerYou have to keep it nicely decorated

You use a desk or table and sit on a chairYou have a coffee making machine in the corner

You use a PC/laptop for your business, internet and emails etc. You use an ipad or tablet when out and about

You use a telephone to make callsYou buy stationery, pens, notepads, filing cabinet, cupboards, bin, etc.

Sally claims “business use” for all of this. Harry can’t because he thinks he’s clever.

____________________________________

At the end of her first year, Sally got a cheque for almost £3000 as a tax rebate, for legitimately claiming all of the above.

But that’s’ not ALL…..

Page 14: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

More Items That You Can Claim ForNow it really starts to mount up. Sally also claims “business use” for:

The cost of her car, and the running of it:Car insurance, car tax, repairs, servicing, tyres, MOT, and even petrol that she uses when she is working her Wikaniko business delivering products,

visiting customers etc., parking charges too…….

How much do you pay out each month from your wages for all this?

There’s more:

Page 15: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Even More Items You Can Claim ForSally also claims business expenses for:

The business tools such as brochures, catalogues etc., that she gives out;Her sample kits that she purchased in order to promote her opportunity;

When working away (i.e., attending a meeting), she claims her hotel, food and drinks ;When working at home, she claims a percentage of her phone bills, heating and lighting bills,

and even ‘rent’ for the room that she has to use for an office. Yes, this is tax deductable!

Phew…..there’s still more that you can legitimately claim for when running a network marketing business. For example - Sally didn’t like working in her former nursery, so she had

it completely re-decorated more in keeping with an office, and – you’ve guessed it – she claimed for the paints, paint brushes, more efficient lighting etc. too

(Hit ‘n Hope Harry, by the way, can’t claim for any of this because he doesn’t want the taxman to find out about any extra earnings. What an absolute idiot, eh?)

Page 17: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Why Doesn’t Everyone Do This?

As I said – so many people are trying to hide part time earnings from the taxman and think they should be stuffing the money

under their mattress instead, that they miss the huge pot of gold sitting right under their noses!

We have only just scratched the surface……

Let’s read on to find out how you can benefit even more.

Page 18: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Savvy Sally Benefits Even More

By using the online bookkeeping service at Wikaniko run by George, our Finance Director and ‘whizzo at all things tax’ person, Sally discovers that she is entitled to double the working tax credits

that she was getting!

George is a leading specialist in the area of work from home businesses, and ancillary schemes such as Working Tax Credits.

He quickly found out that in Sally’s case, by running her Wikaniko opportunity for a few hours a week, she then worked enough hours

to claim the correct amount of tax credits….

Just how good is our George?

Page 19: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Oh, our George is really good….

Since we formulated the online MidasBooks service, George has helped hundreds of distributors from various network marketing

companies. We’ve done a quick calculation of the amount of tax he has

legitimately saved distributors, along with the amount of extra benefits, Working Tax Credits etc. that he has helped distributors to

obtain.Remember, this is just one man.

That amount stands at more than -

Page 20: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Half a Million Pounds!

(The guy clearly knows what he is doing….)

Page 22: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Let’s Sum Up a Bit MoreBy joining a home business opportunity, you could get:

Anything from £1000 – to perhaps £2000 or even £3000 in the form of a tax rebate in your first year or two

Being able to legitimately save hundreds, possibly thousands of pounds by claiming for what you should as I have outlined

Being better off by around £80 - £100 a monthHaving a profitable business with a rising monthly income to pay for

the good things in lifeNow do you see where most people get it all wrong? They simply

don’t understand how to get the best out of a home business!

(Note – you might not get all of the above, and you might get more. It depends on your individual circumstances)

Page 23: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

FAQ’sQ. Is this legit?A. Totally. The MidasBooks service has been going for around 5 years, and communicates regularly with the tax office.Q. I am unemployed. Can I use the service?A. You can join a network marketing company by all means. However, as you do not pay tax, the service does not apply to you.Q. Is there a cost for the MidasBooks service?A. After the free trial, there is a small monthly cost, which of course you can claim against tax! This includes help from your initial setting up, obtaining any refunds for up to 4 years, to getting your tax return all done for you at the end of the year.Q. But it also costs to join a company like Wikaniko doesn’t it?A. Yes…..however, we allow you to try our business for a full 6 months before you have to pay the registration fee, and if you don’t like it, you can cancel at any time before then.Q. Is it complicated to do?A. Actually, once you get to grips with it you will really want to find any receipt that you get, to legitimately claim for everything you can! Then it is a matter of entering it onto your online account.

Page 24: Midas Books Presentation EcoSue

Some More FAQ’sQ. I don’t think I am entitled to Working Tax CreditsA. You might be – you would be surprised who can claim. And funnily enough, by joining a home business opportunity, you could actually then fall into the Working Tax Credits bracket, and be able to claim hundreds of pounds a monthQ. I would like to talk to someone about my particular circumstances.A. There are plenty of advice websites – I am afraid we cannot offer a free advisory service to non members as we just couldn’t cope. But you can join Wikaniko on a free trial, and you can join MidasBooks on a free trial too.Q. Can I just join and pretend to do something with the business so I can claim all these expenses back?A. I am afraid not. That would be unlawful and immoral apart from anything else. You must commit to putting some consistent effort into your home business, albeit part time. And why wouldn’t you? You earn more income when you doQ. I already have a bookkeeper/accountantA. In every single case to date, George has reduced tax bills that have been worked out by an accountant. You see – most do not know about what to claim for in a home business – they only know about conventional businesses. So you are probably paying an accountant way too much, and getting way too little back to be honest with you.

P.S.Here are some business FAQ’s too:

Q Apart from getting oodles of tax back all the time, and possible Working Tax Credits, how much income can I make as a distributor?

A We have a Partwork Plan that shows how you can make an astonishing part time rising monthly income. Ask us to send you it.

Q Do you offer a retirement plan?A Yes.

Q Can I bequeath (pass on) my regular monthly income if I pop my clogs suddenly?A Yes. Your family will be looked after

Q I heard you also pass on the profits to distributors. Is that correct?A That is correct. Just recently, for example, all our people got DOUBLE commission in one month,

and there’s lots more to come. We don ‘t keep your profits.Q It all sounds too good to be true.

A That’s because you may have missed the fact that you have to put regular, consistent effort in yourself! This isn’t the DSS – it’s a bunch of hard working, happy, dedicated distributors all

working together, and getting paid to help save the planet. So if you want to run a proper home business, get paid what you are worth, and get looked after for doing something worthwhile, get

your backside over here, pronto. You could be so glad that you did…….
