1. Log into your email at www.outlook.com/duq.edu
2. Click the gear Icon on the top right and choose “Office 365”
3. Click on “Software”
4. Halfway down on page click “Install”

5. Click on “Save File”
6. Open up your download package of “Microsoft Office 2016 Installer”

7. Microsoft Office 2016 installer will come up and click “Continue”
8. At the license screen click “Continue” then click “Agree”

9. At the Installation Type, click “Install” then put in your computer’s password and
click “Install Software”
10. Once the installation is successful, click “Close”

11. Now that the product is installed, you will be required to “sign in” to activate the
product. Open up Microsoft Word to activate the licence.
12. Enter your Duquesne University email addres then click “Next”
13. Enter your Duquesne University email and password then click “Sign In”
14. If prompted, you will sign into the "Work Account"
NOTE: License for this product is tied to your email and access will be
removed when the account is deleted.
