Consider serving post-ceremony appetizers, a wedding cake with a champaign toast, a festive boxed meal or a splashy micro wedding feast. Micro Wedding Provisions

You’ve made all your choices, your dress, the photographer, the guest list, and a backyard Micro Wedding. So what’s included in a Micro Wedding?

Backyard Host provides: ❖ The beautiful Backyard Wedding Site ❖ Guest chairs in couple’s preferred con�guration ❖ Guest interior restroom (maintaining privacy of their home) ❖ An event sign provided by Backyard Wedding Sites ❖ Parking spaces

At Couple’s request Host may provide: ❖ Table with ice water, glasses ❖ Any additional tables the Host may wish to o�er (Host does not rent additional tables) ❖ Optional: Wedding party gathering room (not a dressing room)

Note: The Host does not provide food storage, access to their kitchen, nor reception setup or cleanup.

Couple provides: ❖ Guest Coordinator who communicates with vendors, welcomes and seats guests, directs the �ow of the event, monitors delivery of items to the backyard, and assists guests ❖ O�ciant with their own voice ampli�er ❖ Photographer ❖ BlueTooth Speaker (ampli�es couple’s pre-recorded music, no need for a DJ) ❖ Florist, if additional �ower arrangements are desired ❖ Caterer for optional Micro-Reception in backyard site ❖ Personalized decorations for backyard ❖ Beverages in ice coolers ❖ Any additional items provided by a rental company requires pre-approved by Host

Reminder: Wedding Party arrives dressed for the wedding day.
