PVC pipes are used for the Underground water feeding and distribution networks for sprinkler and drip irrigation systems, potable water supply, drainage systems, domestic plumping, in addition to different other applications. PVC pipes are produced in grey color ac-cording to DIN 8061/62 standards with diameter range from 32mm up to 160mm or more. The standard pipe length is 6 meters. All PVC pipes supplied are solvent welding joint socket type or rubber joint socket type. Different pressure ratings are available depending on application.

HDPE Pipes are used for water feeding and distribution networks in sprinkler and drip irrigation systems. It is produced from PE 80 or PE 100 HDPE pipe grade material. HDPE pipes are produced in black color for irrigation water, blue color for potable water, and purple color for treated water. All HDPE Pipes are UV stabilized produced according to DIN 8074 standards. The range of diameters available starts from 16 mm up to 500 mm.

Adripipe plain irrigation high pressure pipes are used as lateral lines in drip irrigation systems, mainly in applications using the on-line emit-ters & bubblers. Manufactured from extrusion grade materials the pipes are produced in black color for irrigation water, blue for potable water and purple for treated water. Available in three different outer diameters of 12mm, 16mm, 20mm and 25mm in a wide range of wall thicknesses; 12 mm OD pipe with wall thickness of 0.70mm - 1.50mm, the 16 mm OD pipe with a wall thickness of 0.70mm - 1.50 mm and the 20 mm OD pipe with a wall thickness of 1.00mm -1.80mm and the 25mm OD pipe with a wall thickness of 1.2 - 1.8mm. Pressure rating at 20 Celsius Degree is 3.0 - 4.2 bar according to the wall thickness.

LDPE ADRIPIPE1a3

Micro tubes are produced from either PVC or LDPE grade materials and are used to connect lateral PE tubes to on-line emitters, with distributors and micro stakes. They are also used as a long path emitter to deliver different flows at the same pressure according to tube length. The micro tubes come in rolls of 500 and 1000 meters.

The Lay Flat hose are light in weight, easy for transportation and storage, flexible easy to wind / unwind, and are unlimited in length. They are made of high-strength polyester cotton yarn, with PVC inside and outside lining. They are produced from environmentally friendly raw materials and are UV resistant with a working temperature range from -10° to +60° C. Widely used in water transportation, portable sprinkler irrigation system, drip irrigation systems, agricultural farming and all construction work.

The Adriline is a joint less multi seasonal drip pipe with 4 water outlets and a self-cleaning built in stariner at its inlet. It is produced in three different outside diameters, mainly 12mm, 16mm, and 20mm with different wall thicknesses ranging from 0.7mm to 1.0mm. The inline turbulent flow labyrinth type self cleaning dripper comes with a size of 69mm, with two different discharge rates 2LPH and 4LPH. It is produced at different dripper spacing starting from 20CM.

The Adripc features a cylindrical pressure compensating self-cleaning emitter with similar mechanical properties as the Adriline. It uses a silicone diaphragm that ensures uniform discharge and water flow uniformity for variable system pressures ranging from 1.0 to 4.0 bars. The silicon rubber diaphragm initiates a self-flushing cycle that allows cleaning of debris. It is ideal for use in irrigation systems with long lateral length requirements, uneven terrain, mountainous farmland or farms with high slopes. It is applied in both agricultural and land-scape irrigation applications. Adripc is produced in different diameters 16mm, 18mm and 20mm with different pipe wall thicknesses. Emitters are available with two different discharge rates 2 and 4 LPH and at spacing starting from 20cm.

The Miniline is a jointless multi seasonal drip pipe similar to the Adriline in all mechanical properties but for using a 39mm and 33mm tur-bulent flow cylindrical emitter, with 4 water outlets and a self-cleaning built in strainer at its inlet. It is produced in 16mm and 20mm OD pipes, with emitter discharge rates of 2LPH, 4LPH, 8LPH, and a pipe thickness ranging from 0.9mm down to 0.7mm at an emitter spacing starting from 20cm. It is an economical virgin of the Adriline, applied with the same types of crops as that of the Adriline, but for its low pipe thickness and smaller emitter size which allows it to be used for longer lateral lengths and more economical applications.

The Adrilite is a light low thickness irrigation pipe with a tubulent flow flat emitter that features a self-cleaning built in strainer at its inlet for efficient water filtration. It is produced with an OD of 17mm and 22.6mm in several thicknesses ranging from 0.15mm up to 0.6mm and is available in many emitter discharge rates of 1.07 LPH, 1.78 LPH, 2.1 LPH, and 3.74 LPH, at a pressure of 0.8 bars. The Adrilite is used for all types of crops including cotton, banana plantations, sugarcane and maize. It can be used for one or multi season applications depending on the pipe wall thickness. Its low pipe thickness and small sized flat emitter allows it to be used for longer lateral lenghts and more economical applications.

GREEN TAPE

The Green Tape is an irrigation tape with the emitter labyrinth strip welded to the inside of the extruded tape. It is produced in 17mm and 22.6mm outside diameter and wall thicknesses ranging from 0.15mm up to 0.25mm and a flow of 1.03 LPH at 0.8 bars. Emitter spacing starts from 10cm with 10 cm equal intervals up to 100cm. It can be used for subsurface irrigation applications using 150 mesh filtration.

The Eco Tape thin wall dripline features a turbulent flow track emitter that provides a high level of watering uniformity. Each outlet is part of the drip emitter, providing reliable drip flow without squirting. The slit at the outlet reduces insect damage, impedes root intrusion and eliminates plugging from external contaminants at start-up. The water in the supply tube passes into the turbulent channel through multiple filtering inlets. The water next passes through a vortex type turbulent flow channel to regulate the discharge flow before exiting through the outlet. The advanced turbulent flow design uses large passageways which are less likely to clog and provide more uniform discharge for longer lenghts of run than most drip tape technologies. The Eco Tape is produced in 4mil, 6 mil, 8 mil and 10 mil thicknesses in 17mm and 22mm Outside Diameter. Eco Tape is mostly recommended for use for agricultural irrigation, farm irrigation and garden applications.

Naya is a variable flow emitter with a flow rate from zero to 60 LPH at 1 bar nominal pressure. Its flow is adjusted by clicking the top cover which has 6 to 32 clicks. It gives a 360 degree flow pattern. Its inlet is 5mm. Naya is suitable for a wide variety of landscape and nursery applications, easy to install with a removable cap for inspection and cleaning.

The Eden PC No-drain emitter is a pressure compensating no drain emitter with a silicone rubber diaphragm and a built in wide turbulent flow labyrinth. The No-drain self-flushing feature with an opening pressure of 0.5 bar and a shut off pressure of 0.15 bar prevents drainage from the system allowing quick system start up and shut off. It is produced in three models with flow rates of 2.07 LPH, 3.62 LPH, and 7.76 LPH at 1 bar pressure. The Eden drippers have a 5mm barbed nipple at its inlet and outlet making it easy for mounting on a 4mm micro tube in addition to a 2 or 4 distributor outlet connection with different types of stakes depending on the application required. Ideal for irrigating fruit trees, orchards, and hydroponic systems.

Petra PCD is a long flow path emitter with a single barded outlet. It has a hook which allows easy attachment to the irrigation pipe. The removable male part allows easy inspection and cleaning. It is produced with a nominal discharge rate of 8 LPH @ 1 bar, and has a 6mm barbed inlet.

The Adjustable Flow Bubbler, model BUF, incorporates a stainless steel non-corrosive flow regulating screw. Water comes out in the shape of an umbrella. The nominal flow is 1.5 GPM (340 lph). Made out of high quality ABS material.

The Bubbler BPC is a pressure compensated bubbler that incorporates a high quality diaphragm to ensure pressure compensating flow characteristics between 1 - 3 bars. Water in the BPC bubbler trickels down the body itself for the low flow bubbler, and sprays out in a full circle umbrella shape with the high flow rate models. It is manufactured from a high quality ABS material.

A specially designed stake (1C6OLSTK1238) is provided to suit both models of bubbler with an inlet diameter of 16mm and an outlet of 1/2" (Plain and MPT) and 3/8" (FPT). The filter supplied for both models is a 60 mesh filter (1C6OLFLT0060).
