● Promoted to Chargehand in 2005. ● Leading, managing and motivating an 11kv hot stick and reconductoring team of up to 30 Linesman. ● Switching, isolating, making dead and issuing safety documents in accordance with health and safety

legislation. ● Planning and organising staff, requesting required material and liaising with landowners in order to fix faults
