He is able to portray a wide range of character types (jock, nerd, mature, adolescent) and connects very well with an audience. Vocally he is a versatile tenor, performing uptempo pieces with infectious enthusiasm and ballads with shocking vulnerability. He is an incredibly reliable performer all around. !In addition to his impeccable talent, Michael is a well rounded individual. This past summer our group went participated in the Hollywood and New York International Fringe Festivals, and while many students succumbed emotionally and physically to the grueling schedule, Michael remained focused and disciplined. He is a leader amongst his peers, both onstage and off, and is a director's dream, properly researching his character, story, and musical pieces ahead of time and also takes direction very well.
