(1) Account Setup on Micello.com

Step 1: Login to your account on micello.com. You will need access to your team’s account to view the API key and the map list that will be imported into ServiceNow.

a) If you do not have an account, please create a new account with us: https://www.micello.com/user/register

b) Once you’ve verified your account with us, click the Projects & Keys page to view your API key and the View Maps page to view your maps list.

(2) Setup on ServiceNow.comStep 1: Go to the ServiceNow App Store to install the Micello Maps Manager App.

Step 2: Login to Micello Maps Manager App with your ServiceNow credentials. Once you login, look for Micello on the left-hand panel, and expand the view by clicking on it.

Step 3: Once you click the Micello option, it will expand into a menu of five options.

Settings provides you with an input box for your API key from your Micello account. The input box for the base URL should already be populated. If not, please type in: https://mfs.micello.com

Import Map List allows you to import your maps from your Micello account. Simply click on to the blue button that says “Import Map List” on the top left-hand side.

(3) Import maps into ServiceNow

Step 2: Under import map list, click the blue Import Map List to start the import process. Click OK to the prompted message.

Step 3: Click close when the process is 100% complete.

Step 4: Once complete, visit View Maps List and you will see the list of maps imported into your ServiceNow instance.

(4) Get Latest Version of MapsStep 1: In View Map List, select the community name of a map, and click it to view the record. Click Get Latest Version on the top right side.

Step 2: Once imported, you will be directed to the newly added version of the map. Click Get All Files.

Step 3: After clicking Get All Files, you will be prompted with this message. Click OK. Please do not close the tab or click on any link until this process is finished.

Step 4: Once the process is complete, you will see this alert. Click OK.

Step 1: Select your map, and click the “i” circle on the right FM Map Set Reference. Make sure to click as hovering over the link will not prompt the next page.

Step 2: After the new page has loaded, click Process Map Files in the bottom left under Related Links.

Step 3: The files to be processed will be loaded. Click Preview.

Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the loaded page of map files to click Process.

Step 5: A Success message will appear on top of the screen once the map files process is completed.

Step 6: Scroll to the bottom to click View in Workbench.

Step 7: Load Workbench. The indoor map is ready to view. Go to Facilities, and then Workbench to view all processed maps. You can select and change the map from top search bar.

Step 1: Go to View Map List and select the maps you want to delete.

Step 2: At the bottom left, click the drop down menu Actions on selected Rows. You can then click delete, and there will be a confirmation pop-up. Click delete.

Step 3: There will be a confirmation pop-up. Click delete again.
