Outcomes Compliance Report• Two point compliance: At least 2 Adult
Consumer forms over time
• Threshold: 50%
• If at least 2 forms were received when not expected: Added to the expected list
• Exceptions (if no compliance)– Received Parent form/ASI– New clients served for <180 days
* New clients are the consumers seen by the provider for the first time in that one year reporting period.
Missing Data UCI Lists• Provider – Provider Name• UCI – All the UCI’s with outcomes expected within the one year
reporting period• First Name – First name of the consumer• Last Name – Last name of the consumer• OC – Status of the particular outcome within the one year reporting
period. – ‘Y’ indicates that an outcome was submitted – ‘N’ indicates that an outcome is expected, but missing (includes outcomes
rejected in outcomes error report)
• Reason1 – For OC=‘N’– Missing– Person Refused (Refusal=1)– Unable to Complete (Refusal=2)
• Reason2 – For consumers with multiple forms during the reporting period with both reasons, ‘Person Refused’ & ‘Unable to Complete’

• AOD consumers : Surveyed 719
• Parent surveys for C&A consumers : – Target : 997

ADAMH Stat Treatment Services Outcomes Report 2010
• MH adults who were ever SMD/GAOA• Costs: MACSIS, Hospital, Central Pharmacy• Outcomes data from matched pairs of outcomes
– Reduction of symptoms/problems– Quality of life– Social connectedness (Q5: Meaningful Activity)
• Key result: 80 % of the consumers will show improvement or continued stability at positive level in at least one of the three measures
• Employment data from the most recent outcome in the year
