Metris Growth (MG) works with nonprofits and for-profits to understand their vision for tomorrow, engage the right resources to fulfill that vision and then execute organizational plans to help them grow.

MG was founded in 2015 by Pamela Rich, who spent more than 20 years developing her expertise and led operations for WI Business Development Finance Corp., a large Certified Development Company (CDC) that provides financing solutions for small businesses. She also helped create and run a small CDFI (Community Development Financial Institution.

Ms. Rich has in-depth knowledge and experience working with Boards of Directors, developing strategic plans, creating new organizations; is certified as an SPHR and SHRM-SCP in managing human resources; developing and improving internal processes; and understands compliance requirements for a variety of government agencies.
