Also preserving the same name, it is neither a re‐examination nor a modernization of the previous version,

it is a new machine, none of the element remained the same at structural level, as listed below, many news

have been introduced, and much attention has been put trying to simplify the assembling operations.

Everything has been done to create a more efficient and modern product.

Separate dosage aggregates/cement

It is certainly the most important characteristic for a machine of this size, that, thanks to the rotating

planetary mixing, put it on top for the quality of mixture obtained.

The two separate tanks allow a higher precision of the dosage and a simultaneous dosage of the

aggregates and cement saving time instead of dosage in succession. At each cycle it is possible to save the

time of the briefest dosage, in our case that of cement.

In the aggregates discharge hatch it has to be underlined the presence of two inductive limit switches to

verify the position, these sensors are more reliable than the mechanic ones because they have not blocking

problems caused by dirt, and they are less sensitive to water too.

Silos

Silos is a standard 1600mmX1600mm with straight legs, common to the majority of the suppliers.

It has got a more efficient blowing plant, because now there is more availability of air thanks to the

different compressor.

Obviously, as in the other versions, it can be equipped with all the optional like: ladder, platform on top,

anti‐dust filter on top, level blade indicator (maximum and minimum).

Extractor screw conveyor

The loading of the cement doser is made through a screw conveyor which extracts the product from the

silos, this solution is more advantageous than the previous one with throttle valve, because it is reliable and

has less blocking problems in dump areas, with strong temperature ranges marked by condensate

formation and extremely freezing areas.

This new version can give back the possibility of the installation of silos on top saving space on site.

Mixer

The height of the planetary mixer has been increased of 150 mm to prevent it from exceeding the safety

level before the complete mixture of the components, the size of the discharge hatch has also been

increased to speed up the phase of discharge which was very slow.

The internal armours has been divided into 4 parts to facilitate their own substitution when they wear out.

The inspection and washing hatch has been modified to facilitate the washing operation, while there is a

suitable porthole with protections for the mixture inspection.

For the rotation has been used a reliable and strong motoreducer with 9.2 kw orthogonal axis.

Control system

The control system ‘Dos 2005’ is the same also used in bigger plants with hoppers, it allows the

management of 4 aggregates and 2 cements, with the possibility to memorize 20 formulas, a very reliable

and easy to use system.

From the panel formulas can be directly programmed, and the quantity of aggregates, cement, water and

of additives are displayed

It can work manually or automatically, collecting the mixture thanks to the bucket on the discharge even

without operators at the machine

It can be equipped with a printer for the production reports.

The computer, displays and printer area is protected by a glass window.

It can also be equipped by a heating system inside the panel board to avoid the formation of condensate

and ice in machines operating in particularly cold climates.

Water system

The volumetric water system boasts an impulse‐meter doser on the top of the array; it has been adopted to

solve the problems found by the machines currently produced.

In fact, its main characteristics are:

• The dry panel board, which allows exposures to lowest temperatures without the risk of breaking of

the glass caused by the ice.

• The glass protected by a steel casing which leaves free just the necessary areas to visualize the

meter, avoiding the breaking caused by accidental collisions.

• An impulse‐counter contained in the on top cap, therefore no more subject to disjunctions and

breakings as it frequently happens in the current models.

• The last but not the least, the rotating panel board allows to guide the display regardless of the

direction of the tool, allowing an easier reading.

Scraping arms

The chains geometry 6x29 has not been changed, while the rear part of the juncture to the machine has

been considerably simplified, at the same time it has been also strengthened.

Compressor

The presence of the pneumatic actuator on the cement discharge valve needed the presence of a 25 litre

compressor, which has been used also for the cement blowing in the silos, and by the new and more

efficient spheres pneumatic vibrator placed in the cement doser.

Platform

The platform placed in an elevated position is reachable going over three stairs, and from it is possible to

do all the necessary operations to the use of the machine.

From this position it is possible to control the machine through the panel board, carry out the mixture

inspection, read the water counter, wash the tank.

Roof

The roof placed over the platform, beyond the function of protecting the operator from the sun and rain, it

also protects the panel control board, facilitating the reading of instruments and pilot lights which

sometimes is difficult because of the sun.

The roof does not require complicated operations for its assembling because it is already set in its own

housing, it has just to be rotated and blocked with two screws.

Protections

A new protection has been added in the front area of the machine, in the discharge side, to eliminate the

risk of collision in the approaching phase of the bucket with the mixer and the hatch.

In the front area of the undertank a protection has been placed, it has the function of splash guard coming

from the discharge and the washing, to save the motoreducer and all components of the area.

As far as it was possible, pipelines, water, additives, hydraulic oil and electric cables, have been placed in

protected and not visible positions. Moreover components like the compressor, hydraulic system and the

additives pumps have been all placed in an undertank room with an easy access.

Foundations

The square basis frame connected to all the protections give a stable and compact look to the machine.

Besides, having for the first time a squared frame on the ground allows the customer to change the

direction of the machine even when the foundations have already been placed.

The foundations are considerably simplified and do not require particularly modelled shapes or plinths out

of the ground because the lifting legs are supplied with the machine.

Traverse trolley

Some plates have been added to the traverse trolley to the legs of the machine’s frame, not to make

mistakes in its positioning.
