• To rescue victims (male, female and children) of human trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation and to make the United Kingdom a hostile environment for human trafficking.

• To assess the extent of the threat from human trafficking for the purposes of sexual and labour exploitation in the United Kingdom.
