• This scan file was created for a rotary mold that cuts stickers• The blade edges had a tolerance of +-.005 inches• Every blade edge on 18 molds needed to be scanned and

measured length, width, depth, and arc• Total job length was approximately 150 hours

• Shrink analysis of automotive plastic door handle to mold• Handles and molds were scanned, then the handle’s scan file was inverted

and fit to the scan file of the actual mold cavity it was created from
