INTRODUCTION
The technical discipline is one of most worked at the training.
Normally there is trained more the offensive technique than the defensive, in spite of that both are important.
METHODS OF EDUCATION
Analytical method Global method
ANALYTICAL METHOD
Systematic repetition of the technical actions isolated of the own context of the game.
As all those tasks or activities that are realized of isolated form and practically without opposition.
ANALYTICAL METHOD
CHARACTERISTICS: Understands the game as an alone part
(physics, technology or tactics). Isolated tasks. Little or no real opposition. Tries to produce learnings by means of
automatisms or mechanized learning. According to what part of the game one
wants to work it can have or not existence of ball.
GLOBAL METHOD
Consist of the continued application of the technical actions inside the real situation of the game.
The exercises of the training are carried out by means of the simultaneous and integrated development of the technical, tactical, physical and psychological factors.
GLOBAL METHOD
CHARACTERISTICS: To introduce
progressively the notion of the opponent.
To introduce the action and the gesture in a phase of game completes.
GLOBAL METHOD
CHARACTERISTICS: To realize the training
in situations next the competition.
To control the evaluation during the game.
