Maximum possible point total 100

* Within each criterion, a point is assigned by the Expert Jury to determine whether the Participating

Organization team work result meets the requirements. The points are not summed up.

** Principle of points calculation on the basis of automated quality assessment of summary digital

object information models of Solibri system:

1. The total number of elements of the consolidated object digital information model for all

sections of the consolidated model is calculated.

2. All non-conformance assessments (critical, average, not critical errors) detected by Solibri

Office v9.10.8 system are summed up by rule blocks:

● BIM Validation Architectural

● BIM Validation Structural

● BIM Validation HVAC

● Intersection Between Architectural Components

● Intersection Between Structural Components

● Model Revision comparison

● Structural Versus Architectural Models

● Reinforcing Bar

● Intersection Between HVAC Elements

● Architectural Components versus HVAC

● Structural Components versus HVAC

3. The ratio of the number of errors to the total number of elements of the consolidated model in

percent is calculated. On the basis of this ratio, a final score is made;

4. The result of an automated quality check of the consolidated object digital information model:

a. up to 15% of the total number of errors detected - 10 points;

b. from 15 to 50% - 5 points;

c. more than 50% - 0 points.

28

*** In accordance with Section 2 of this Methodology, the Interconnection or associativity of data

between models is checked by the Expert Jury by the method of introducing changes in one model

and controlling the result of these changes in another.

**** Criteria for evaluation of resource and technology model efficiency of the construction facility

are published by the Expert Jury for the Finalists on the day of issue of the task for the Final Stage of

the Championship.
