SL helps me to project my real self and feelings into SL, and the other way around as well (Beeflin Grut)

Avatar with the same personality

I got to know myself better and felt more confident being myself. I made a lot of friends, doing well socially in SL, meant that I could do well socially in RL. (Hokon Cazalet)

Usually through roleplay, I don’t learn anything particularly special it’s just a fantasy, and doesn’t have any real application RL unless you count acting and writing skills as improving.(Silver Greybeard)
