From first plant in 1986 , Metalman has
grown to establish 10-plants ( Including
Engineering Centre ) along with 2
additional sister concerns & 1 JV.
2500 employees across all Indian
plants which includes more than 250
engineers, catering as Tier 1 and Tier
2 to Indian and Overseas OEMs.

Promoters
Mr. Navneet Jairath M.D.
Navneet Jairath graduated from Arya College,
Ludhiana. After having 7 years working experience
from Clerk to Factory Manager post in different
reputed organizations of India, started his business
career in 1976 looking after Marketing, Financing &
Business Administration in the organization.
Mr. Bikramjit Bembi Chairman
Bikramjit Bembi after doing graduation in
Science in 1972, pursued for higher studies in
Metal finishing in UK. Attained Fellowship of
Institute of Metal Finishing in 1976, along with
rich Industrial experience of practical work in
UK.
Mr. Sachin Bembi Director
Sachin Bembi is graduate in BBA (Hons) from American
College in London. He is responsible for International
Marketing and Management of Allied Engineering
goods like Bicycle Parts, Hand Tools, Scaffolding for
market since 1999 to 2008.
Mr. Nishant Jairath Director
Nishant Jairath is a BA/BSc. (Hons.) graduate
from De Montfort University in Leicester, UK. He
has also completed advanced course in
Financial Management from Cornell University,
USA. Mr. Nishant is responsible for overall
Operations, Marketing, HR & IT.

Campbell International was established
in 1992 for export of light engineering
items like Bicycle parts, Hand tools
Scaffoldings and Auto parts.
Campbell International later added
manufacturing unit in year 2006 for
various forgings of Auto parts, Hand
Tools and other components for
exports and Indian customers.
With a small beginning in 1976 for
Electroplating & Metal finishing job
work for bicycle and auto industries.
The firm has expanded and diversified
to manufacture a vast range of
Tubular and Sheet metal pressed
fabricated and surface treated
components and assemblies with a
group turnover of 65.00 crores.
Established in 2010, Metalman
Microturners (MMT) is engaged in
manufacturing of Sheet Metal,
Tubular, Light Fabricated Assemblies ,
Facilities.
For all types of surface treatments
such as ACED painting, Powder
coating, H.R. Painting etc. MMT
follows TPM as business in excellence
in tool and has over 800 employees
and 200 engineers.
