DESIGN

welding plan and welding maps, assembly, welding

carbon, boiler, stainless, high nickel alloy steels &

aluminum (S235, S275; S355, P grade steels,

16Mo3, 13CrMo4-5, 254SMO, 304, 316, 253MA,

310S, 5754, 6060, 6082 and other).

▪ Staff: 30 certified welders, 40 assemblers;

▪ Frosio level III inspections can be performed;

▪ Adhesion, holiday tests, coating reports.

Key info (Pickling & Passivation):

▪ We have experienced staff;

▪ Procedures performed according to latest ASTM

standards;

▪ Procedure performed in heated tent;

▪ Procedure supervised, tested by copper sulfate test.

own or client’s material:

PLATE & PROFILE CUTTING

Nord Steel is ready to offer bending & plate rolling

services from own or client’s material:

▪ Plate rolling machine BENDMAX. Maximum plate

rolling thickness – 16 mm. Maximum diameter – up to

5 meters;

▪ Plate bending machine ERMAKSAN. Maximum

bending thickness – 12 mm.

▪ Provided scope of services: full scope of

mechanical erection and commissioning works.

▪ Staff: our team provides project managers,

procurement team, HSE & QA specialists, assembly

platforms, technological equipment, piping, stacks,
