Fishpond & Restaurant Toplik Since 1997 The story about “Toplik” began in 1997., when we initiated construction of the fish pond. Everything started from the source of potable water, in the vicinity of the facility, whose quality deserves especial attention. In harmony with nature. This is high-quality water with an invariable quantity, quality and temperature throughout a year, which directly affects the fish quality. We offer you amazing ambient! And specialities of traditional kitchen. The fishpond has a small capacity but it includes all phases of the production process-from the production of juvenile fish to the intake fish. We breed three species of trout: California trout (Salma geirdneri), brook trout (Salvelinus fontianlis) and local rainbow trout (Salma trutta). The fish farm and supporting infrastructure had been built in stages, consistent with financial situation, until 2002 when we built a small cottage with covered terrace. This is when our first experience with catering began, at first timidly, now more confidently. The cottage/terrace turned into a grand restaurant, in terms of size, quality of offer and good standing. Great part of the overall menu comes from our own resource and it falls under a category of homemade food. Our goals to stimulate domestic production and offer a wide range of healthy products which are the guaranty of prosperity of this region and country as a whole. “Toplik” is known for for the offer of the season homemade food. You cannot imagine the joy of our guests when a as a side dish they get authentic homemade “aivar” or “lukmira” with the fresh spring onion just picked from the garden. At the same time, we are merging traditional and international, so in our menu you will find a homemade maize porridge but also a first-rate beefsteak; you can relax listening to the soft sounds of blues, but you can also sing along with the traditional folk music. In summer, you will find pleasant shade by the brook, while during winter you can enjoy warm and cozy atmosphere by the fire place. Natural surrounding, homemade food and pleasant atmosphere make this place ideal for leisure and relaxation. “Toplik” is an ongoing process. We hope that with your suggestions and criticism you will help us improve “Toplik” and make it all the more pleasant. After eight years of work we can proudly say that we have hosted people from all the continents, I hope, justified the confidence you have been giving us. The fish far,, the restaurant, and the overall image that “Toplik” holds today wouldn’t be the same without contribution of all the members of our family, our friend and excellent architect Ivana Savic Stanisavljević, our dear friends, and our loyal guests, who instilled plenty of love in this place. And this is where the magic of “toplik” lays. Ribnjak i restoran ToplikOd 1997. godine

Priča o „Topliku“ počela je 1997. godine. U neposrednoj blizini ribnjaka nalazi se izvor čiste i pitke vode

zahvaljujući kojem je ideja o ”Topliku” i nastala.

U harmoniji sa prirodom.

Radi se o vrlo kvalitetnoj vodi sa konstantom u količini, kvalitetu i temperaturi tokom cijele godine, što ima

direktan uticaj na kvalitet ribe koja u njoj živi.

Prirodno okruženje, domaća kuhinja i prijatan ambijent čine ovo mjesto idealnim za odmor i opuštanje.

U ribnjaku kao i na trpezi mogu se naći dvije vrste pastrmke: kalifornijska (Salma gairdneri) i naša

potočna pastrmka (Salma trutta).

Radili smo polako ali sigurno, zavisno od finansijske situacije, tako da je 2002. godine izgrađena

natkrivena koliba sa četiri stola. Tada počinju i naša prva iskustva sa ugostiteljskim uslugama, na početku

stidljivo, sada već ozbiljnije. Mala koliba sa četiri stola pretvorila se u eminentan restoran sa kapacitetom

preko 200 mjesta, širokom ponudom i brojnim i uslužnim osobljem.

Veliki dio ukupne ponude je iz vlastite proizvodnje.

Cilj nam je bio da ponudimo ono što u vremenu brzog življenja sve više zaboravljamo – zdravu

domaću hranu i domaćinski i topao ambijent, a to je ono čime se ova zemlja uvijek ponosila. Ono što je

karakteristično za ’Toplik’ je ponuda sezonske hrane. Ne možete da zamislite radost naših gostiju kada uz

glavno jelo dobiju pravi domaći ajvar ili lukmiru sa svježim mladim lukom iz naše bašte.

Istovremeno spajamo tradicionalno i svjetsko, tako da na našoj trpezi možete naći domaću poparu, ali i

vrhunski biftek; možete se opustiti uz zvuke bluesa, ali i zapjevati uz izvornu narodnu muziku. Ljeti ćete

pronaći ugodan hlad uz žuborenje potoka, a zimi možete da uživate uz prijatno pucketanje vatre iz ognjišta.

Zahvaljuci podršci nasih gostiju, koji nas svojim povjerenjem, boravkom i daljim preporukama našeg

restorana podstiču na korak dalje, početkom 2013. godine pokrenuli smo radove na izgradnji Vip salona,

koji su uspješno privedeni kraju decembra iste godine. Potrudili smo se da izgradnja i uređenje Vip salona

ostane u duhu „Toplik“-a.

Topli ambijent, komfort i prijatna atmosfera su i dalje prisutni kao neizostavan element koji upotpunjava

kompletnu sliku našeg restorana. Ono što nudi Vip salon, pored povećanog kapaciteta gostiju sa novih

50 mjesta, jeste mogućnost organizovanja privatnih proslava, svečanih i kulturnih prijema. U koraku s

vremenom, sve to je moguće uz savremenu opremu za audio i video prezentacije, sa čime smo našu ponudu

podigli na još jedan stepenik više.

„Toplik“ je proces koji traje, i nadamo se da ćete nam svojim sugestijama i kritikama pomoći da ovo mjesto

učinimo još prijatnijim i boljim. Tokom 20 godina rada mi sa ponosom možemo reći da smo ugostili ljude sa

svih kontinenata i nadamo se opravdali povjerenje koje nam evo i danas ukazujete.

Toplik je proces koji traje.

U izgradnji ribnjaka, restorana i cjelokupnog imidža koji „Toplik“ ima danas, učestvovali su svi članovi

porodice Jovančić, zatim naši dragi prijatelji, a prije svega gosti koji su svojim idejama i podrškom utkali

mnogo ljubavi u ovo mjesto. Upravo u tome i jeste njegova čarolija.
