This role is based in Dubai and represents an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make the next step in his or her business development- management career. The key responsibilities of the role are: Business development and management of the Corporate and Used Car Business in the Middle East & Levant Ensure market accountability and ownership of the Corporate and Used Car Business Develop specific corporate business strategies for the next 3 years at regional level, as well as market specific Ensure the implementation of a dedicated and professional fleet team in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, KSA, Qatar and Kuwait Ensure a professional handling of the corporate business in other markets with justified solutions Further develop and implement Used Car business in other Middle East markets To be a role model in terms of compliance as well as adhering to the Mercedes Benz AG company values. Specific Knowledge, Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will be able to confidently and professionally demonstrate the following attributes and experience to their fullest. Knowledge of fleet/corporate sales Outstanding communication skills and ability to form business relationships Demonstrable ability to novitiate and influence change Automotive retail experience Familiarity with Sales/Lead Management systems at retail level Organisation, discipline and analytical thinking Extensive automotive experience within business development/fleet sales is essential for this role; experience of used car sales is preferred but not essential. You will be fluent in spoken and written English and preferably have a good understanding of either Arabic or German as a second language but this is not essential. The successful candidate will be working as an employee of Mercedes Benz – Middle East on a permanent local employment contract. The industry leading remuneration package is exempt of tax and includes a performance related bonus, Mercedes Benz company car, 100% medical cover and 22 days annual leave
