In organic area we will offer cheap prices than our competi-tors. In such a way that, we will create direct relation with farmer cooperatives and we will design new value chain and all these will result with offering the cheapest organic products.

At the beginning, Mercadona will just supply these products :
1) vegetables; 2) potatoes; 3) cereals; 4) fruits; 5) eggs; 6) chicken; and 7) red meat and will give organic restaurant
service.

WALMART EXAMPLE
In 2014, executive vice president of grocery at Walmart U.S Jack Sinclair announced that “We know our customers are interested in purchasing organic products and, traditionally, those cus-tomers have had to pay more. “We are changing that and creat-ing new price position for organic products that increases access. This is part of our ongoing effort to use our scale to deliver
quality, affordable groceries to our customers.”

NEW PRODUCTS OF MERCADONAWe will create Mercadona’s own or-ganic product with a new brand and this brand will fit with Mercadona’s customer policy : Boss is the client for which, you have to get the “highest qual-ity, maximum range, maximum service, minimal budget and minimal time”.

Motivation
Our motivation to improve new Mercadona store is awareness of organic food. We spe-cialized new store with green butterfly logo. That means you can find all, types of organic product in the store.

The average national consumption of organic products is estimated at 35.4 kilos per year which indicates that every Spaniard consumes 35.4 kilos of organic products and spends about €29 euros on that demand.

Promote ORGANIC FARMING• Modernism and living in big cities are chance for humanity however it brings us some problems. One of the problems is isolated from nature. Our children live in small apartments and most of them don’t have information about agriculture. They don’t know what they eat. Where these vegetables come from? Do they grow on a tree or they raise on the ground like strawberries? Most of children couldn’t answer to these simple questions.
